Is PeptoPro a Scam? - TLDR

Not A Scam
PeptoPro

SUMMARY:  It is our opinion that PeptoPro is not a scam. PeptoPro is Hydrolyzed Caseinate, but what makes this different from normal hydrolyzed protein are the guarantees that come with it. Hydrolyzed protein is a very deceptive and broad term. Something can have a 2% degree of hydrolysis (the degree of hydrolysis, DH, of a protein is the proportion of cleaved peptide bonds in a protein hydrolysate) and still be "hydrolyzed", just like something that has a 20%+ degree of hydrolysis is considered hydrolyzed. PeptoPro claims that 70-80% of the peptides are 300 Daltons or less, which is a very high degree of hydrolysis. You know this is true because a highly hydrolyzed protein is very bitter. Trying PeptoPro it's EXTREAMLY bitter.

If you need a truly hydrolyzed protein, PeptoPro is not a scam and great. The only downsides are cost and taste, but that is inherent with something that is truly highly hydrolyzed and not just chasing the hydrolyzed marketing label.

What is a TLDR review?

A full ingredient review takes weeks to research and weeks to write up as they are 2000–4000 words in length. We love the research part but don't have a full mastery of the English language and loathe the writing. TLDR means "Too long, didn't read". We are going to try doing the same research and just writing a summary. If an ingredient gets enough views, we will expand this to a full write-up. We hope this allows us to give our opinion on more ingredients and prioritize novel new ingredients that just launched.
